Those who have ever had the pleasure of visiting Byron Bay, Australia, know that only good things can come from such a place. No wonder that one of the leading ethical fashion brands of Australia is based in this wonderful coastal town. Pure Pod was launched in 2007 by long-time fashion lady Kelli Donovan and her partner & photographer Sean Watson.

The hand-made designs of Pure Pod are feminine, original, contemporary and romantic with an urban touch. The colours are strong and bright. They use magnificent high quality “Sustainable & Eco” materials including Merino Wool, Soya Bean, Bamboo, Organic Cotton, Hemp, Silk & Linen.

Pure Pod’s designs and pioneering in the Eco & Sustainable fashion industry have not gone unnoticed. In 2010 Pure Pod was invited to attend a number of different fashion shows around Australia and overseas (supporting the growing “eco” market) including the inaugural Vancouver Eco Fashion Week in Canada. In early 2011, Pure Pod was hand picked as one of only 13 Australian designers to show their collections in New York as part of the Australian governments “G’Day USA” promotion.
