G&T Cafe London

Not far from East London Bethnal Green station, you will find an unlikely and excellent cafe/shop. The G&T cafe, although tiny, is a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of Cambridge Heath Road. The shop has a large open window which invites you right in to enjoy their fantastic organic cakes, vegan dishes and pure ingredients.

Ilaria and Marco, the owners of G&T, are equally as friendly as their shop. Ilaria says that at G&T they “aim to promote and drive all our efforts towards a more conscious nutrition, as the first way to live a better life, respecting animals, our planet, our body and the natural healing power of food.” This is the reason why G&T is 100% organic and 99% vegan. Marco and Ilaria have been vegan for many years, so they know their stuff.

You won’t find tables and chairs here – it is that small – but you will be inspired by the wonderful natural and vegan products G&T sells. Hop in for a nice Union coffee or grab a healthy lunch. Satisfaction guaranteed.
