Etsy, for those who don’t know, is a website focused on handmade or vintage items. They have an excellent eco-friendly section which has various clothing, jewelry, food, bath and beauty products, quilts, knick-knacks, and toys. What’s more, if you are a fan of a particular eco-friendly seller’s item then you can visit their online shop to find similar products by them. Allmygoodness enjoy CynthiaDelGiudice’s shop which includes reshaped metal from old pieces in order to make quirky jewellery.

Etsy was launched in 2005, Robert Kalin, Chris Maguire and Haim Schoppik. Kalin said that he named the site Etsy because he wanted a nonsense word to build the brand from scratch. Etsy aims to encourage small businesses and to make shopping more fun. The site ensures that when you buy something, a lot of time and effort has gone into making it. They have a fantastic variety of products and they are inexpensive. With Christmas just around the corner they could be the perfect way to find an eco- friendly gift.

You can start creating and selling your own crafts or find brilliant gifts or decorations to add some individuality to your home. Etsy is a brilliant eco-friendly and fun website. Give it a go!
