During my last stay ‘in the country’, I had such a wonderful massage experience, I simply must share this one with you.

But the real highlight of my stay were two massages at YogaNature Therapies, conveniently located in the cellars of the Mansion.

YogaNature owners Angie and Rod both have a talent to make you feel at ease. But what is more, during the massage they are clearly ‘present’ and connect with you in a way I have never experienced before. I had a pretty basic massage, no thrills, just some ayurvedic oil. Combined with the right pressure, technique and ‘connection’, it was all the doctor prescribed. It was a very relaxing experience and afterwards I felt energized.

They provide yoga sessions, meditation, massages, workshops, birth preparation and retreats. If you are looking for some winding down, connecting with yourself and others, or anything in between, visit YogaNature Therapies. I promise it will be worth your while.
