Santa’s been…

At allmygoodness we believe in the ‘goodness’ life; products that are good for you and for the environment. Throughout the year, we have been scouring a variety of shops, markets and websites, researching all the best sustainable products. So, which products made our Christmas list?

Vintage furs and leathers

Save money and the environment by investing in vintage winter coats. You can find great bargains in stores such as the East End Thrift Store, Annie’s Vintage or Beyond Retro. Alternatively, if you’re like me and you have a fur coat, that has been passed down to you by a family member, then why not take it to a Furrier. My coat was cleaned and re- lined and is now looking as good as new. Furthermore, leather gloves may seem like an extravagance but they last for many years so they’re good for your wallet and the environment.

Kohl not Coal

Luckily Santa brought the right kind of Kohl. Make your eyes stand out with an organic Kohl eyeliner.

Eco-friendly underwear

saumarezComfy, eco and pretty underwear made the perfect stocking filler.

Urban Decay’s Naked eye shadows have a fantastic range of colours and they are not tested on animals.

Elemis

A great present, to give and receive, is an Elemis facial. Treat yourself or a loved one to a relaxing facial, using mainly organic treatments and all of the products are free from animal testing.

And finally…

A Onesie

Christmas wouldn’t be complete without a comfortable onesie. Etsy has a range of eco-friendly, hand-knitted and hand-woven versions.

I have been suitably spoilt this Christmas, and I have bought a number of brilliant eco-friendly presents for others.  We at allmygoodness hope that you look after yourself and have a great Christmas and New Year.
