Detox January

It’s a new year and the time for resolutions. Perhaps you’ve made yours already or perhaps you’ve broken it already. At allmygoodness, we see January as the perfect time to start afresh. It’s the time for a new healthy diet and less alcohol after the holiday season. Therefore, we’ve decided to take on Cancer Research UK’s Dryathlon.

Dryathlon is a challenge for those who like a good drink. The event highlights the link between cancer and excessive alcohol. It encourages people to be more aware of how alcohol can affect their health. Abstain from alcohol throughout January and your friends can sponsor you for your efforts. All the money will go towards research into finding the cure for cancer.

If you think a month sounds too challenging or perhaps you have a compulsory event in January, you can still take part. If you slip off the wagon, you can just pay The Tipple Tax. Simply hang your head in shame and donate £20  to your own sponsorship page.

Why not become a dryathlete yourself? Join our team or donate to our sponsorship page.

Wish us luck. Here’s to a healthy, detox, January.
