Britain’s first and only certified organic pub

The Duke of Cambridge pub on St Peter Street, Angel, is one of London’s finest. They opened in 1998 and their ethical business ideals remain the same today; they serve delicious, organic, food and drink which is carefully sourced from independent producers.

Here you can enjoy hearty yet healthy pub food and over 90% of their fresh fruit and veg comes from organic farms in the South East of England and East Anglia.

Everything they sell is of superb quality and produced only from organic or wild ingredients – from home-baked bread and homemade pickles to tasty game pies, fish with wild samphire or foraged mushrooms on toast.  Their fish comes from small, inshore fishing fleets that have been scientifically monitored for the sustainability of their methods. They can even tell you the name of the boat and the skipper who caught your fish supper.

Not only is the food and drink delicious and organic but it’s also a great looking pub. The perfect place to meet up with friends this bank holiday.
