Recently, I visited India. It was fantastic to taste authentic Indian food. I would normally feel unhealthy eating this type of food, especially for a whole week. Luckily for me, my hosts enlightened me about the amazing health benefits.

CARDAMOM

A natural breath freshener which can also help with bloating.

TURMERIC

Tumeric can be used to stop wound infection. It’s also a great help with digestion.

CINNAMON

Cinnamon increases insulin action and can help people with diabetes.

BLACK PEPPER

Black pepper aids digestion and soothes upset stomachs.

CLOVE

Clove oil can stop you from feeling nauseous.

Start including these in your cooking!
